My experience working with Dr. Pranay Bhatt and Dr. Neha Shah was truly rewarding. I had the opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment alongside medical assistants and nurse practitioner students. The clinic staff was extremely supportive and welcoming, and the diverse patient population allowed me to gain insight into a variety of cases and become familiar with different EMR system.
What stood out most was the thoughtful and patient-centered approach Dr. Bhatt and Dr. Shah bring to care. They go beyond diagnosis and treatment, taking the time to listen, address concerns, and ensure patients feel genuinely supported. I have learned a great deal from both of them, and witnessing the appreciation of their patients was truly inspiring. I was living in Budd Lake, NJ, and commuted via NJ Transit rail, which was very convenient since the station is located just a short walk from the clinic.
